TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following Terms and Conditions are for training and consultancy work provided by Codominium Training & Consulting, therefore known as „Codominium “. Before you start using the Website, make sure you read the Terms and Conditions carefully. By using the Website or clicking to accept or agree to the Terms of Conditions when you are provided with this option, you agree to be bound and abide by these Terms and Conditions.

DEFINITIONS

“Website”: https://training-united.com/

“Client/”you”: means the party purchasing the Services;

“We”/”us”:  means the party providing the Services, Codominium Training&Consulting;

“Services”: means the Services to be provided to the Client as set out in the specified schedule; and quotation;

“Course material”: means the information provided by Codominium to accompany a course provided as part of the Services in hard copy or electronic form;

“Purchase Order”: means a legal document that Clients send to Codominium for providing Services to be delivered under these Terms and Conditions;

“Contract”: means the contract for the purchase and sale of Services under these Terms and Conditions;

“Fees”: means the fees paid by you to Codominium for the Services

THIS AGREEMENT AND PARTIES

​

  1. This agreement is made between Codominium and you, the Client, partnership or company named on the Purchase Order or the Contract duly signed by your authorised representative.

  2. Codominium Training&Consulting shall supply, and the Client shall purchase the Services in accordance with the quotation and Purchase Order confirmation which shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions.

  3. The individual signing the Purchase Order or the directors of a limited company or partners of a partnership will be personally liable for any commitments made but not fully met by them or their organisations, especially if these organisations cease trading and money remain owing to Codominium.

  4. The agreement shall come into effect once we receive your Purchase Order and confirm your course/consultancy booking to you. If a completed order is not received by us, it shall be assumed that if we agree by email, fax, verbally or in writing to undertake work for you, then the terms below are agreeable to both parties. Any condition submitted, offered or stipulated by you in any form and at any time, whether in writing or orally, is expressly removed and excluded.

  5. No amendment to this Agreement or these Terms shall be binding unless we agree in writing to do so, even if you amend the booking form to reflect this proposed change.

THE SERVICES

​

  1. A description of the Services is available on our Website. We will provide the Services with reasonable care and competence according to the description on the Website.

  2. We reserve the right to change or withdraw any of the Services described on the Website without notice.

ENQUIRIES & ORDERS

​

  1. Enquiries may be made by telephoning or emailing us. Any special arrangements or changes to our Terms and Conditions should be agreed by us in writing.

  2. In order to secure a place, an advanced Purchase Order must be sent to Codominium via email or postal mail. Upon receipt of the properly completed Purchase Order, a provisional place will be reserved for the delegates, subject to payment as described below.


FEES

  1. Course or consultancy Fees are confirmed prior to sending the Purchase Order.


 

PAYMENT TERMS

​

  1. Within fifteen working days of receiving the invoice, you agree to pay the full agreed Fees via banking transfer.  A non-payment by you prior to a course may be considered by us as a cancellation, except when otherwise agreed in writing before the course.  In such case, penalties as per the cancellation cancellation clause below may be demanded.

 

CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT

  1. We require that you provide us with written notice of cancellations or postponements as soon as they occur and before the course begins. When a proposal for a service has been accepted by the Client and a start date has been agreed, we impose the following cancellation charges:

    7 days: 100% of published course fee payable

    8-14 days: 50% of published course fee payable

    15-21 days: 30% of published course fee payable

    22 days: 0% penalty

 

TRANSFERS AND REPLACEMENTS

  1. Depending on availability, transfers to other courses may be possible, but the notice period as detailed above must still be observed. Administrative fees are 30€ per delegate.

  2. Participants may be replaced by the Client at any time at no additional charges.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

​

  1. Codominium Training & Consulting aim to ensure the highest quality services in a timely manner. Therefore, we have implemented a cancellation/rescheduling policy. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a course or a part thereof at any time.

  2. When we cancel or reschedule a course, clients will be offered the option of taking an alternative course date or requesting a credit/refund.

  3. In the event of a cancellation or re-scheduling Codominium cannot be held liable for additional expenses incurred by the client.

COPYRIGHT

​

All copyrights in all material that we provide for the course are the property of Codominium.

To solve intellectual property and personal data protection issues, Codominium respects the requirements of U.E. no. 679/2016 (G.D.P.R) on the personal data protection.

  1. The content and design of Codominium, the drawings, the photographs, images, text, and all works incorporated in this site, including the databases accessible through it, are the property of Codominium and are protected by the applicable Romanian legislation on copyright and related rights.

  2. Any use of the site's content other than those expressly permitted in this document or in the current legislation is prohibited. Requests to utilise the content for purposes other than those permitted by this agreement should be sent to info@training-united.com. Exceptions are made by briefings and press releases, which can be partially or fully taken over by media representatives, with the source being specified.

  3. You are not authorised to:

  • copy, republish, reproduce, sub-license, upload, broadcast, post, sell, transmit, or distribute any of the course materials without prior written permission;

  • record the online course on audiotape, videotape, videophone, or an alternative means of transmission;

  • incorporate the Course Material from this course into any other course or training, whether it be given by us or by a third-party trainer;

  • remove any copyright or other notice of Condominium on the Course Materials;

Breach by you of this clause shall allow us to immediately terminate these Terms and Conditions with you and cease to provide you with any training or services, including but not limited to access to the online courses.

​    4. By providing its Services, the Condominium Training & Consulting agrees not to do anything that may damage or endanger the Client's intellectual property or its title, or help or allow others to do so.

 

COURSE DURATION

 

Duration of courses can vary (by hours or days) depending on the number of delegates, the speed of the class, and aptitude of delegates. Courses will normally run 9:00-16:30 hours with 1-hour lunch and some refreshment breaks.

 

PARTICIPANTS EXPERIENCE AND BEHAVIOUR

  1. Participants should have a professional behaviour during the course. 

  2. Participants are expected to fulfil the requirements specified in the course, or the quality of the course might be affected. We cannot guarantee the course delivery or the proposed timeline if the participants do not fulfil the requirements or if they are more advanced than the agreed course level.

CONFIDENTIALITY

​

  1. Certain personal data are collected through the Website. The details on the processing by Codominium of such personal data are available in our Privacy policy.

 

MISCELLANEOUS

​​

  1. Participants are responsible for any damages they might cause during the course.

  2. Codominium cannot be held responsible for any theft or losses of participants belongings during onsite training courses in our premises.

  3. Force Majeure - Codominium Training & Consulting shall not be liable to you for any breach of its obligations or termination under these terms and conditions arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, fires, floods, earthquakes, viruses, epidemic disease, failure to provide a course caused by a death in the trainer’s family, illness of the trainer, Government edict or regulation.

 

LAW AND JURISDICTION

  1. These Terms and Conditions and the Contract (including any non-contractual obligations that may arise from or be associated with them) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Romania.

  2. Any controversy, dispute, proceedings, or claim between the parties relating to these Terms and Conditions or to the Contract (including any non-contractual obligations that may arise from or be associated with them) shall fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.

 

LIABILITY

​

  1. Codominium Training & Consulting makes no guarantee that the materials presented during the course will always be safe, secure, without any errors, or that they will  meet any particular characteristics. 

  2. Codominium shall not be held liable for any loss or injury resulting directly or indirectly from the use of the training materials or from any advise given during the course, whether this loss or injury is caused in whole or in part by its negligence or by contingencies beyond its control.
